Pre-Approved Properties

You will need to consider your super fund's particular circumstances and your own views about the property market when selecting your residential investment property. We have identified various properties, which you may wish to consider, that have a maximum loan to value ratio (LVR) of 80% for approved applicants.

WHAT IS A PRE-APPROVED PROPERTY?

Pre-approved properties might have the following features:

  • The property might be one that we're familiar with and can be sure that the maximum LVR will be available.
  • Current valuations may already be available, so you may not incur the cost of getting a new valuation.

If you’re interested in one of these properties for your SPI Plus investment, contact the Developer or agent listed on the property web page and tell them you’re interested in purchasing the property through SPI Plus.
